Great service and great staff – no sooner are you through the door – old or new visitor – than a tea or coffee is offered whether buying or looking – True representatives of the bike community
Went in today looking for some advice and to look at what to get for my first road bike, straight away I was blown away with the friendly service, I just felt like I was talking to a friend, I got a load of advice and tips, a brew, the works, brilliant people I really couldnt ask for more
Went in today with my son to look for his first bike. Great service, cup of tea on arrival, viewing of the bikes we were looking at were not a problem. Then we were given the chance to consider our options over the weekend before settling on the right bike. No pressure. A great representative for the bike trade
After visiting the shop for the first time after a bad experience at another showroom, I was impressed by the young lads who work there who were friendly and well informed. I’ve seen the bike i’m after in their showroom and I will be buying it soon! All service work done can be observed for the customers reassurance, and it is the cheapest service rate I have seen yet. The lads welcomed me with a brew, allowed me to sit on the bike in question with no pressure to buy. They then offered to tighten the chain on my current 125 for free. My brief experience so far has ensured I will buy from them and use them for servicing and any necessary repairs. Keep it up Gents!
Best shop around, people could not be more enthusiastic about motorcycles.
Beautiful stock at great prices ? If you’re reading this, you have no excuse to not find a great machine. Go out and ride.
Bought my first bike from these guys earlier this year. Its a great machine that hasn’t given me any problems. They’ve serviced & fitted some extras since then at a great price.
Bought an SV650S April 2016. Great service before , during and after sales. Bikeonic are always there for after sales service and advice. I have had servicing and bike upgrades done since my purchase and cannot praise them highly enough. If I am ever passing I know I am welcome for a brew, chain and tyre pressure check. I would definitely deal with the team at Bikeonic in the future. Many thanks Marc.
Went up to BikeOnic today and bought a beautiful Honda CB100N. Fantastic, really friendly bunch of lads at the shop put me right at ease about buying the bike. A proper old style bike shop with no sales pressure talk and will definitely be paying further visits when I upgrade to a bigger bike. I cant rate this place highly enough, brilliant experience (they make a cracking brew too!) Well pleased.
bought a shadow 750 2 year ago just got a varadero 125 for brother last month and picking up my dragstar 1100 off them this week .great set of lads always a brew and a bickie .can,t do enough to help just like one big happy family
So today I travelled from Liverpool to Bolton just to visit BikeOnic, everyone was so helpful and I am super happy with my Harold Classic, she is beautiful and I’m pleased to say I bought my first bike from these guys, all really lovely and helped a vertically challenged girl right out!
Thanks everyone x
Just passed my CBT and went into bike onic looking for my first 125cc I no nothing about bikes yet and was unsure what type of bike to get. As me and my wife went in we were welcomed with a warm hello and a brew the guy who helped me was Vince and he put my mind at rest with his knowledge and guidance he was really helpful he was explaining the different types of bikes to me there was no pressure at all and I felt at real ease with him. After about an hour I decide on getting the Hearld Classic 125 cc in orange a really cool looking retro kind of bike. Vince went through everything with me explaining the bike as I am very novice. He dropped the bike of for me within a couple of hours at my home. He also said that he will adjust my chain for free and show me how to do it give me oil etc. A genuine nice guy and really helpful will definitely get my bike serviced there when it’s due and once I get my big boy licence will be returning there to get my first big bike many thanks.
Nice pleasent shop to deal with fast and friendly service assured. Purchased an RXS 100 over the phone & the bike was at my doorstep the following morning no questions asked. These guys know how to look after bikes also customers. Top service
Another sunny day – another pleasurable ride over the Pennines from Leeds to Farnworth. Did I get there? Hell! 5 miles from my coffee stop at Bikeonic the bugger has problems. 2 generous passersby help me limp over and once again – not only the anticipated friendly greeting and a coffee but the lads guided me (along with some fellow acquaintances – your only a customer on your first visit, thereafter an acquaintance.) to ensure I could make good temporary repairs to get me home. Even if you’re not looking to make use of their services – worth the visit just to become acquainted. Cheers guys. Stay well/safe until the next time.
The coffee might be cheap but the friendliness is priceless. Once again these chaps gave without asking. Your first visit you’re a customer – Your second You’re a friend. And the coffee’s worth the 40mile trip just for the welcome. Put this shop on your brew pit stop list, they’re great chaps – They should produce their own patch for sure.
i experienced amazing charity, generosity, humankind and friendship today, and I only intended to call by en-route from Leeds to Bolton. What should have been a pit stop turned into a rescue. If my bikes going to play up 5 miles from a trusted mechanic – thank the stars it was Bikeonic. My mobile has become a HGV so my future remains with these chaps.
A place with a true biker spirit. So friendly and knowledgeable. My first visit was just to see what was in the shop but I went back for a service, MOT and general health check to get my ornament of a bike up and running again. Even a brew and a chat which was a welcome surprise. Best garage I’ve ever used.
Bought a 2002 Honda Deauville. Delivered by van as I’m quite a distance away from the garage. Very pleased to see the condition. Always a risk buying ‘on-line’ and going only by the photo’s, but in this case the bike looks as good ‘in the flesh’ as it did on the photo’s.
Also, the transport van was clean and well equipped with straps that did not crush the suspension as some do.
Spoke to Vincent a couple of times and I would happily recommend his dealership.
